Denise Jones Anderson

President & CEO
Denise is a dynamic organizational leader and strategic collaborator with more than 20 years of executive-level experience in military health systems, nonprofit fund development, and federal consulting. She brings a creative, results-driven approach to both short-term objectives and long-range strategic planning.
As President and CEO of Eagles Nest Leadership Institute, Denise partners with government, nonprofit, and corporate clients to design leadership programs that accelerate results and cultivate high-performing teams.

Denise combines disciplined military precision with creative vision to empower leaders, shape resilient organizations, and advance missions in federal, nonprofit, and community settings.​​
Federal Consulting & Program Management
Denise has guided organizational change at the highest levels of the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Department of Labor. She managed the Education and Employment Initiative (E2I) and Operation War Fighter (OWF) programs, coordinating a national team to deliver transition support for recovering service members. Through her consulting practice, she’s driven patient-centric healthcare initiatives, life outcome programs for at-risk youth, and transition-to-career pathways for Gold Star children and families.
Education & Certifications
Denise holds a Master’s in Public Administration and Public Policy and a Master of Healthcare Administration / Health Services Management. She is nationally certified by the National Board of Certified Coaches (NBCC) as an Executive, Business & Corporate Leadership Coach, Career Coach, and Life Coach. She’s also a former faculty member at the University of Phoenix, where she taught leadership, ethics, and healthcare strategy, and has provided consulting services to University of South Florida's Centers for Transformation and Innovation Leadership Institute.
